Results of the Annual Competition from 16th & 17th July 2022
Masham Photography Club held a public photo exhibition in St Mary’s Church to coincide with the annual steam fair weekend. There were almost 50 submissions from the membership and the public were invited to vote for their favourites. Over 100 people visited the exhibition over the weekend and viewed the images and cast their votes.
Club member Bill Tetlow secured 1st Place with his image of the swooping eagle and was also successful in taking 2nd Place with his image of the Red Arrows over Leeming. Sue Curry took 3rd Place with her image of ‘Whitby through the keyhole’.
The exhibition showcased the many and varied talents of the group. A further exhibition will be held to coincide with the annual sheep fair in September.
